Cooking with our fresh eggs

My children have been collecting eggs from our girls everyday now. It's time to cook with them.

When Mr4 discovered that our eggs come out of the chicken's bum he said he did not want to use our eggs he wanted to use the real eggs from the shop :). I did have to then explain to him that the ones in the shop and ours  are the same. He is ok with it now and wants to cook zucchini slice.

This is an easy recipe with very few ingredients.
* egg
* cheese
* self raising flour
* zucchini

I have added chopped bacon, corn and sour cream in the past, anything will work.

We used some fresh eggs collected a couple of days ago.

Grate the zucchini and cheese.

Crack the eggs (in a cup for easy shell removal)

Add flour and mix well.

Cook 180 degrees until light brown and cook through.

Slice up and eat warm or cold. (that's the melted cheese it is cooked)

All the children love this and we don't have time to let it cool.

Good Life Wednesdays
